Overview
Here's the general idea — the specifics get tailored to your yard.
Uneven yards aren't just ugly — they're a tripping hazard, they cause mower scalping, and they create drainage problems. Lawn leveling fills in low spots and smooths out high points for a clean, flat surface.
We use a sand/soil/compost mix spread across your lawn to gradually bring everything to grade. For severe unevenness, we may need to strip sod, regrade, and re-lay — but most yards just need a good topdressing.
